Free Accommodations

Filing a Grievance

If you believe that PactRX has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way, you can file a grievance with the PactRX Privacy Officer:

You may file a grievance in person, by mail, fax, or email. If you need help filing a grievance, the PactRX Privacy Officer is available to assist you.
