Pharmacist Consultation
You have the right to speak with a pharmacist about any of your medications at any time — no charge, no appointment needed. Call (315) 300-1564 or ask your Care Guide to connect you.
Poison Control
If you suspect a poisoning or overdose, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 immediately. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
Safe Medication Disposal
Never flush unused medications or throw them in household trash. The DEA maintains a nationwide locator for take-back sites: DEA Disposal Site Locator. Many pharmacies in New York also accept returned medications for safe disposal.
Drug Interactions & Allergies
Your PactRX pharmacist screens every prescription against your full medication list and allergies before it ships. If you start a new medication, OTC product, or supplement from another source, let us know so we can update your profile.
