Request a Refill

PactRX handles most refills automatically as part of your pouch cycle — most patients never need to request one. If you do need something between cycles, you have three options:

• Sign in to your Patient Portal — the fastest way to request a refill on any of your medications.
• Text or call your Care Guide — they know your regimen and can answer questions while they place the request.
• Use the form below — we'll route it to your Care Guide for review.

Every request is reviewed before it is filled. Your Care Guide will decide whether to fill it now or include it in your next cycle, and they'll let you know either way.

Compounded Medications

If you are a compounding patient, refill timing depends on the formulation. Your dedicated Care Guide manages these requests directly — please contact them by phone or secure message.
